Get Involved
Send details of local events you are organising to events@botleyhinksey.org.uk and we can feature them here on the Events Calendar.
Please include the date, start time and venue and any other useful details such as the costs (if any), a brief description and the address of your own website or any other relevant website.
If you have a poster or other promotional literature and send it to us as a jpg or pdf file we can include a link to that image as well. Normally there will be a limit of one image per event but if you would like more than one image linked to please send them all to us explaining the reason why several images are required and identifying the main image.
This Events Calendar only includes public events taking place locally or involving local organisations and taking place within the general Oxford area. It may be possible to feature normal club and society meetings and events not open to the public on our Clubs and Leisure page, but those details should be sent to info@botleyhinksey.org.uk .
